Parent support
Parents can contact support about account access, parent controls, safe viewing, subscription questions, or private testing feedback.
Creator inquiries
Creator tools are separate from the child app. Creator proposals and uploaded media must go through agreement, rights confirmation, ownership attestation, and admin review before any approved video can appear in the child app.
Safety and content concerns
Report any safety concern, mistaken content, or privacy concern by email. Include the video title or page where the concern appeared if available. Do not send sensitive child information unless it is necessary for support.
